Return Window We accept returns within 5–10 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Item Condition To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened consumables or perishables
  • Gift cards
