Shipping policy
1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
3. International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Some of our products are sourced and fulfilled internationally, which may affect delivery timelines. Estimated international delivery times are 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note:
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- QuickCart Market is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or international carriers.
4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information (where available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after the shipping label is created.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please message us through our website and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. QuickCart Market is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.
